Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information GloryMade (“we,” “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We try to keep it short and in plain English. GloryMade is operated by Lapis Idea Lab LLC.
What we collect
- Your email address — used to sign you in via one-time magic link, send essential account messages, and (with your permission) optional product updates.
- Images you create — the scripture text, tone, mode (typed verse, feeling, or random), and resulting image are stored so you can view them in your library or revisit later.
- What you type in the “I’m Feeling” box — sent to our AI text provider (Anthropic) to find a matching scripture. Anthropic processes this transiently and does not use it to train their models.
- Usage data — basic logs (timestamps, IP address, browser type) for security, debugging, and abuse prevention.
- Payment data — if you buy credits or subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your card details. We never see or store your card number — only an opaque customer reference.
How we use it
- To run the service: generate images, save your library, count usage against free or paid quotas.
- To communicate with you about your account or support requests.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms.
- To send optional product updates, only if you've opted in (Account → Product updates).
- To improve GloryMade — analyzing aggregate usage patterns, never selling identifiable data.
Who we share data with
We don't sell your data. We share the minimum necessary information with the following sub-processors who help us run the service:
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting (your account row and creations).
- Anthropic — AI text generation (Claude). Receives the "I’m Feeling” input or random selection prompt; not used to train their models.
- fal.ai — AI image generation (FLUX). Receives a fixed prompt template per tone; never receives your account info or scripture text.
- Cloudflare R2 — hosts the images you create.
- Vercel — web hosting and edge functions.
- Stripe — payment processing (only when you purchase). Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
- Resend — sends magic-link sign-in emails on our behalf.
- Google Workspace — receives support emails you send to support@glorymade.app.
We may also disclose information when legally required (court order, subpoena) or to protect rights, safety, and property.
How long we keep your data
- Active accounts: as long as your account exists.
- Deleted accounts: we begin permanent deletion within 7 days of receiving a verified request, with a 30-day grace period in case of accidental deletion. Some financial records (Stripe transactions) may be retained for up to 7 years for tax and audit obligations.
- Inactive accounts: accounts with no activity for 24 consecutive months may be deleted at our discretion after notice to your last-known email.
- Server logs: rotated within 30 days unless retained for an active investigation.
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in (auth session). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Because these cookies are essential to the service, we do not show a cookie consent banner — you can clear them in your browser at any time, but you'll need to sign in again afterward.
International data transfers
Your data is processed in the United States. If you access GloryMade from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US, where our infrastructure and sub-processors are located. Where applicable, our sub-processors maintain appropriate transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to provide an adequate level of protection.
Your choices
- Access — Pro subscribers can browse all their creations in the in-app Library. All users can request a copy of their account data by emailing support@glorymade.app.
- Deletion — Pro subscribers can delete individual creations from the Library. To delete your entire account (and all associated data), use Account → Delete account, or email support@glorymade.app. We process deletion requests within 7 days.
- Product update emails — opt in/out anytime from Account → Product updates. Sign-in links and payment receipts are essential and always sent.
- California, EEA, UK residents — you may have additional rights under applicable law (right to know, right to delete, right to data portability, right to object). To exercise these rights, email us at the address below.
Children
GloryMade is not directed to children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we will delete the account.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
