Welcome to GloryMade. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. GloryMade is operated by Lapis Idea Lab LLC (Colorado, USA).

The service

GloryMade is a web application that uses AI to generate scripture-themed images you can share. Free accounts include a limited number of lifetime generations and a small watermark; paid plans (Credits packs and Pro subscriptions) increase limits and Pro additionally removes the brand watermark. An AI-content marker remains on every generated image regardless of plan tier.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're between 13 and 18 you confirm you have parental or guardian permission to use the service.
• You're responsible for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in email secure.
• One person, one account. Don't share access with others.
• You're responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges (including sales tax) that apply to your country, state, or locality.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use GloryMade to:

• Generate content that's illegal, harassing, hateful, or threatens violence.
• Impersonate another person or entity, or use AI-generated imagery to mislead, deepfake, or misrepresent real people, events, or institutions.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, automate the service, or scrape data without permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the service's operation.
• Use the service to fabricate or alter scripture, or to present AI-generated output as a verbatim, authoritative biblical text without verification.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Content ownership

Images you create with GloryMade are yours to use. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and back up your creations so we can run the service. The underlying scripture text is in the public domain (King James Version).

You're responsible for how you use your creations. AI-generated images may contain unexpected elements or errors — review before sharing.

About AI-generated content

• Output isn't guaranteed accurate. AI models can produce unexpected, biased, or factually wrong results — including incorrect scripture references when you use the “I’m Feeling” or “Random” modes. Always verify a reference against a trusted Bible before sharing as authoritative scripture.
• Output isn't exclusive. Two different users prompting the same way may receive similar imagery. We don't guarantee that your generated images are unique.
• GloryMade is a creative tool, not a theological authority. Don't rely on AI-generated output as scriptural counsel, doctrinal guidance, or substitute for pastoral care.
• Every generated image carries an AI-content marker. We do this to comply with emerging AI-disclosure laws and to keep our users honest with the people they share creations with. You agree not to remove or obscure the AI marker.

Payments and refunds

• Credits: credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits may be refunded at our discretion within 14 days of purchase if you contact support.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Cancel any time from Account → Manage billing (which opens the Stripe customer portal). Access continues until the end of the current billing period; no prorated refunds for partial periods.
• For California subscribers: in compliance with California Business and Professions Code § 17600 et seq. (the Automatic Renewal Law), (a) the subscription will continue and automatically renew until you cancel, (b) you can cancel anytime via the Stripe customer portal, (c) Stripe sends renewal confirmation and receipt emails as required, (d) any free trial we offer in the future will be clearly disclosed before charging.
• Pricing changes: we may change pricing. Existing subscribers will keep their current price for at least one full billing cycle after notice.
• Statement descriptor: charges appear on your statement as “LAPIS* GLORYMADE”.

Disclaimers and liability

GloryMade is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or suitable for any particular use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GloryMade and Lapis Idea Lab LLC harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from (a) your misuse of the service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) content you submit or generate, or (d) your violation of another party's rights through your use of the service.

Reporting copyright concerns (DMCA)

If you believe content generated by GloryMade or hosted on our service infringes your copyright, email support@glorymade.app with:

• The copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• The URL or location of the alleged infringing content
• Your contact information (name, email, phone)
• A good-faith statement that you believe the use is unauthorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you're authorized to act on the rights holder's behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

We'll investigate and respond within 14 days.

Termination

You can stop using GloryMade and delete your account at any time (Account → Delete account, or email support). We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. The Disclaimers, Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law sections survive termination.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Boulder County, Colorado, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Force majeure

We're not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control — including (without limitation) acts of God, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, internet outages, failures of upstream providers, or government action.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and GloryMade regarding the service. They supersede any prior agreements or communications.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, an email notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
